I’m going to keep this short, sweet, and to the point.

I’m in my mid-twenties and I live in the Bible Belt of the south.  I love my state (North Carolina) but often feel like I don’t belong here.  I’m an artist by trade (photographer to be more specific) and I struggle with a few personality oddities.  Looking at that written out reads much nicer than “I’m screwed up a bit for no good reason”.  Hey, maybe this blogging this will help me with my self esteem after all!

I like cats.  A lot.  I also like whiskey.  I’m in a committed relationship with a handsome fella who drives me crazy and makes my world go ’round.  We’ve been in this thing together for going on six years and my life has never been so fulfilling and meaningful before.  I am goofy and can be loud although I hate public places and crowds.  I would consider myself more of an introvert and I have strong opinions about things that I am passionate about.  I love to cook but mostly for other people.
